Theodore Jay Whitlock’s home of record is North Las Vegas. He was killed in hostile fire in a helicopter crash, not at sea, in the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) in military region 1 (Thua Thien). His body was recovered. Single. He listed his religious preference as Protestant.
